Non-Refundable, Non-Returnable, Non-Exchangeable

All products and services sold by Season Stone Sdn Bhd are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.

  • Custom-fabricated items
  • Special orders
  • Customer-selected stone slabs, colors, or patterns
  • Processed or pre-cut materials

No exceptions will be made, except in cases where the company is unable to fulfill the order due to stock unavailability or internal operational issues.

Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed, except in the following situations:

  • The ordered material is out of stock and no suitable alternative is available.
  • Production cannot proceed due to unavoidable internal issues (e.g., major machine breakdown).
Delivery & Inspection
  • Any issues must be reported within 48 hours after delivery or pick-up.
  • For fabrication orders, if an error is caused by the factory, we will only provide free re-fabrication. Customers are responsible for any associated losses, including materials and transportation costs.
  • If issues are reported after 2 weeks from delivery or pick-up, Season Stone Sdn Bhd reserves the right not to be responsible for any damages and defects or mistake.
  • Shipping and delivery costs are non-refundable.
