Refund, Return and Exchange Policy

At Season Stone Sdn Bhd (“Season Stone”, “the company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), we provide custom stone materials and fabrication services. Due to the nature of our products and services, all sales are final.

 

By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

Non-Refundable, Non-Returnable, Non-Exchangeable

All products and services sold by Season Stone Sdn Bhd are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.

 

This policy applies to all products, including but not limited to:

  • Custom-fabricated items
  • Special orders
  • Customer-selected stone slabs, colors, or patterns
  • Processed or pre-cut materials
  • Clearance items

No exceptions will be made, except in cases where the company is unable to fulfill the order due to stock unavailability or unavoidable internal operational issues.

Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed, except in the following situations:

  • The ordered material is out of stock and no suitable alternative is available.
  • Production cannot proceed due to unavoidable internal issues (e.g., major machine breakdown).
Delivery & Inspection
  • Any issues must be reported within 48 hours after delivery or pick-up.
  • For fabrication orders, if an error is caused by the factory, we will only provide free re-fabrication. Customers shall be responsible for any associated losses, including the cost of materials and all transportation expenses, such as the cost of returning the item to the factory.
  • If issues are reported after 2 weeks from delivery or pick-up, Season Stone Sdn Bhd reserves the right not to be responsible for any damages, defects, or mistakes.
  • Shipping and delivery costs are non-refundable.
Amendments

Season Stone Sdn Bhd reserves the right to amend, update, or modify this Refund, Return & Exchange Policy at any time without prior notice.


Any changes will take effect immediately upon being published on this website. It is the client’s responsibility to review the Terms and Conditions periodically to stay informed of any updates.
