By purchasing any clearance item, the buyer agrees to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. All items are sold in their current condition, including old stock, display pieces, balance slabs, and leftover.
2. Clearance slabs may require extra work such as polishing, cleaning, or surface restoration.
3. All clearance sales are final. No return, refund, or exchange will be accepted and no after-sales service is provided for clearance items.
4. Clearance items come with no warranty, no guarantee, and no compensation under any condition.
5. All sizes shown are for reference only, and manual measurements may differ slightly from the actual item.
6. Natural stone is formed by nature and may include, but is not limited to, characteristics such as natural fissures or hairline lines, pinholes or tiny pores, colour or tone variation, vein pattern differences, mineral spots or crystal points, texture variation or cloudy areas, epoxy or resin refill (visible or non-visible). These characteristics are normal and not considered defects.
7. Buyers are responsible for inspecting and confirming the item before payment. Once payment is made, the buyer is deemed to have checked and accepted the item in its existing condition, and no further claims will be accepted.
8. We are not responsible for any damage, problem, or cost once the item leaves our premises.
